Terms of Service

1. The service

AI For Coding is an independent AI coding workspace. It is not affiliated with model providers, code hosts, or other products referenced on this site.

2. Accounts

You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity on your account. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your country.

3. Plans and billing

AI For Coding Pro is processed by Stripe. Monthly subscriptions renew every month and annual subscriptions renew every year until canceled. Prices are shown in US dollars and may exclude local taxes.

4. Your code and content

You retain the rights you have in the code and prompts you provide. You must have permission to process any project content you submit and must not use the service to violate another person’s rights or the law.

5. AI output

AI output may be incomplete or incorrect. Review every generated change and run appropriate tests before relying on it in production. You remain responsible for the code you accept.

6. Access queue

Workspace access may be held in a queue while capacity is updated. Queue position and estimated timing may change and do not create a guarantee of immediate availability.

7. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass subscription controls, access another account, or use the service in a way that infringes intellectual property or applicable law.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service online, but it is provided “as is” and may change or pause features while we improve it.
